YKK will provide the data for processing with CNC . Please process it accordingly.
Carve counterbores (keyways) into the components with CNC. *If there is fabric, subtract the thickness of the fabric to carve the counterbores.
Use screws for installation.
Insert the parts into the counterbores (keyways) and fix them in place with M3-M6 wooden screws.
